ChromaPure Orders

• All orders will processed same day, and, if in stock, shipped within 24 hours.
• All orders require a valid shipping and e-mail address.
• If ordering software only, please include the names of the meters and a serial number for each in the Special Instructions section on the online shopping cart. Once the order is received, it will be processed, and a download link along with an attached license file will be e-mailed to you as soon as your payment is verified.
• If ordering a software/meter bundle or a just a meter, then the meter will be mailed to you and you will be given a download link for the software. Allow a few days for shipping, depending upon the availability of the meter.
• You may order using a major credit card of through PayPal.
• All domestic orders are fulfilled through USPS Priority Mail and most include a flat S&H fee. International orders ship via USPS Express Mail and all also include a flat shipping fee. Expedited shipping (UPS or FedEx) is available at a higher cost upon request. Shipping for orders requiring larger and/or heavier packages will cost more. International customers may be responsible for paying extra import duties and/or taxes according to the laws of the destination country.
